Head Coach Christian Jeantet has been a full-time personal trainer and sports performance specialist since 1999. Upon graduating from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology he began his career working with some of the most distinguished strength and conditioning coaches in the area. Christian served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Director of Personal Training for Lightning Fast Training Systems for over 5 years. While there he aided in the development and implementation of cutting edge athletic performance training.  He has received national certifications (CSCS, CPT) as an active participant in continuing education programming through the NSCA. Coach Christian has had the opportunity to work with thousands of athletes in the area at all levels of sport. Along with his expertise with athletes he has honed his skills to become an accomplished 1 on 1 trainer aiding many men and women with their personal fitness and wellness endevours.  His dynamic approach and ability to implement a wide range of training philoshophies proves working out can be both hard work and enjoyable at the same time.  A positive environment is an important key to the success of an individual's goals. Developing a knowledge and passion for training Christian now brings his expertise to you with Champions in Training.

Christian Jeantet has long been active in numerous sports and activities. Concentrating on soccer and tennis at the youth level he was able to develop into a competitive tennis player and continued playing into his collegiate years at Penn State, Delaware County branch. Also continuing to play high-level inline hockey, Christian spent the 2004 and 2005 seasons playing with the Iceline Tremors and Downingtown Rage in the PIHA league. He continues to live a healthy lifestyle while staying active and enjoying time with his family and friends.  The philosophy of pursuing balance in life through exercise, a healthy diet, and expanding knowledge in order to stay youthful both physically and mentally, are important messages that he continues to share with his clients.
