Head Coach Christian Jeantet has been a full-time sports performance specialist since 1999. Upon graduating from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology he began his career working with some of the most distinguished coaches in the area. Christian served as a strength and conditioning coach and program director for Lightning Fast Training Systems for over 5 years. He has received national certifications (CSCS, CPT) as an active participant in continuing education programming through the NSCA. Coach Christian has had the opportunity to work with thousands of athletes in the area at all levels of sport. His fun and outgoing approach helps create a positive environment. Christian Jeantet has long been active in numerous sports and activities. Concentrating on soccer and tennis at the youth level he was able to develop into a competitive tennis player and continued playing into his collegiate years at Penn State, Delaware County branch. Also continuing to play high-level inline hockey, Christian spent the 2004 and 2005 seasons playing with the Iceline Tremors and Downingtown Rage in the PIHA league. The philosophy of staying active and fit, in order to stay youthful both physically and mentally, are important messages that he continues to share with his students.
