Sports Performance Academy
This is our premier training program for youth athletes, ages 10 – 18 years old. Its lesson plan will cover sprint mechanics, agility, reaction time, conditioning and much more. Our classes are divided into small age-specific groups. All sports and ability levels are welcome. Flexible scheduling and evening time slots make life easier for parents. This program is the perfect choice for male and female athletes looking to develop their athleticism and separate themselves from their competition. On-Site Clinic Series
This option is an excellent choice for teams who may be too far to make a commitment to our academy program. It provides an excellent supplement to any programs practice schedule. Schedule one of our coaches to bring our sports performance tools and knowledge to your home field or facility. We can provide this service year round by appointment. Let us help work on your team’s specific needs.

Speed Development 101
This program is a one-day clinic that provides the basics on dynamic warm-up, sprint mechanics, and agility basics. It serves as an introductory to our training programs and will educate our athletes and parents on the advantages of sports performance training. We run these classes periodically throughout the year and also can schedule special engagements for teams interested in this option.

Sport-Specific Combine
You can utilize Champions in Training’s Athletic Performance Testing (APT) system to determine your athlete or team’s potential on the field. We can provide a specialized set of tests to measure acceleration, speed, agility, power, and endurance based upon the norms of your chosen sport. This program also provides a summary report of the athlete’s results which can be viewed and downloaded online. This option is scheduled by appointment. Contact us for details and availability.

Personal Training
1 on 1 training can be an excellent way to enhance your athletic performance. This option is best suited for elite level athletes in need of personalized attention. We develop a regimen that is geared towards your specific needs whether you are preparing for the upcoming season, combine, showcase, or any other specific goals.
