Our programs are dynamic and fun while educating athletes on proper movement techniques, body positioning, and injury prevention.  We do this by providing a progression of training topics that begins with linear speed and ends with multi-directional “game-speed” drills.  Champions in Training uses the latest in training philosophies and tools which leads to superior coaching and outstanding athletic results.  We guarantee to help your athlete become faster, stronger, and more confident on and off the field!

Measurable Results: All of the athletes that take part in our Sports Performance Academy utilize our Athletic Performance Testing (APT) system in order to determine both a baseline prior to training as well as a post training evaluation allowing us to gauge their overall improvements.

  • 5:30 – 5:40: Dynamic Warm-Up and Flexibility Training
  • 5:40 – 6:10: Speed and Agility Training (Weekly Training Topics)
  • 6:10 – 6:20: Game Specific Conditioning
  • 6:20 – 6:30: Core Training (Abdominal and Trunk Stabilization)
  • 6:30 – 7:00: Strength and Power Training (Optional Add-on Service)
